Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Canadian-made staples, so if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print it out and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand off your package at any Canada Post location or authorized drop-off point within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
